Scholarships will provide recipients with conference registration and shared lodging (twin room). Travel support will not be available and scholarship recipients will need to identify their own funds for travel.
New 2022 Notice:
All conference participants who requested and were awarded a scholarship in 2020 will be able to keep their scholarship if they submit a new abstract by October 1, 2021. If you do not submit a new abstract, your scholarship and registration will be cancelled. There will likely be a limited number of scholarships available for 2022.
If you did not request a scholarship in 2020, please follow the steps below to maintain your scholarship for attendance in 2022.
Process for New Scholarship Requests:
Complete the online registration and select "Scholarship Request" as your registration package.
Submit an abstract by October 1, 2021.
Applicants will be notified if they will receive a scholarship by October 15, 2021. Notification will be sent via email, and you must confirm acceptance of the scholarship by November 1, 2021 or it will be awarded to another scholarship applicant. Anyone who does not receive a scholarship will have their registration canceled and they will need to re-register if they wish to attend and pay full registration fees.
If you have questions about your submitted abstract or scholarship request, please contact Molly McCoy (firstname.lastname@example.org).
